Closing After Departure

  • Put out and bring back garbage cans before/after trash pickup
  • Turn off water and hot water heater
  • Unplug specified electronics and or appliances
  • Turn off ice maker
  • Check to make sure all lights and fans are off
  • Ensure all windows and doors are locked and secured

Vehicle Services

Vehicle Inspection

  • Start vehicle, inspect inside and out, check for leaks etc.
  • Back your vehicle out of the garage to ensure tire rotation
  • Drive vehicle in neighborhood if requested.
